About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and process B2B sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries (quantity and quality)
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers and sales teams (pre- and post-sales)
- Coordinate with logistics, credit control and invoicing teams
- Handle customer inquiries, order status updates and claims
- Support sales activities: campaigns, quotations, reporting and analysis
- Provide support for tools and processes (ERP, B2B portal, EDI)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent French language skills
- Very good English
- Italian or German is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, well organized and attentive to detail
- Passion for sports is an advantage
