About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and process B2B sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries (quantity and quality)
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers and sales teams (pre- and post-sales)
  • Coordinate with logistics, credit control and invoicing teams
  • Handle customer inquiries, order status updates and claims
  • Support sales activities: campaigns, quotations, reporting and analysis
  • Provide support for tools and processes (ERP, B2B portal, EDI)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent French language skills
  • Very good English
  • Italian or German is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable, well organized and attentive to detail
  • Passion for sports is an advantage
