About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement scalable CRM architecture solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Oversee CRM customizations, integrations, workflows, and automation initiatives
- Guide the integration of CRM systems with enterprise applications and external data sources
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, workflows, operational procedures, and technical standards
- Ensure CRM solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to CRM developers and engineers
- Coordinate implementation activities, testing, deployment, and system validation
- Recommend enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities across business applications
- Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) and program development best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong experience with: C# Plugins Actions & Workflows
- JavaScript customization and development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform technologies including: Power Automate (Flows)
- PowerApps
- Dataverse
- Experience integrating CRM systems with enterprise applications and third-party platforms
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and source control best practices
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating user requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
