About the role
- Oversee operational performance across assigned maternal health access programs
- Maintain a visible presence at partner sites to foster collaborative and consultative client relationships
- Support successful onboarding and implementation of new OBHG programs
- Align hospital and clinic objectives with OBHG services and oversee demonstration of key performance outcomes
- Conduct regular business reviews, onsite visits, and performance discussions with clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for hospital executives (CEO, CNO, CFO, COO, CMO) and clinic leadership
- Lead contract renewal negotiations and support new business development opportunities
- Engage with community physicians and participate in marketing and outreach activities
- Address operational issues, invoice inquiries, and partnership concerns
- Assist in the development and review of proposals, financial proformas, and program changes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance patient access
- Support community events such as hospital-hosted baby showers and clinical marketing initiatives
- Partner with Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Business Development, and clinical leadership to ensure program success
- Participate in special projects and internal committees as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5 years of practice management, healthcare administration, or women’s health operational leadership (outpatient preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Proven experience collaborating with C-suite executives and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective problem solver—capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operational regulations
