About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop and produce content for our social media channels — from concept to publication
You design hooks, scripts, and formats that capture attention and retain users
You appear on camera yourself and convey our brand authentically
You produce both organic content and paid social creatives
You monitor trends and quickly adapt relevant topics for Oatsome with a target-group focus
You run active community management to strengthen long-term brand loyalty
You keep a close eye on the performance of your content and derive concrete learnings
You coordinate closely with your team to ensure a consistent brand presence

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have experience in content creation, social media, or paid social
You understand what works on channels like Instagram, Pinterest, and similar platforms
You have a good sense for trends, storytelling, and audience interests
You work in a structured, organized way and keep track of your KPIs
You are willing to appear on camera and produce authentic content independently
You bring a positive presence, drive, and a strong understanding of brands and customers
You are hands-on, like to experiment, and learn quickly from data and feedback
You have fluent German skills and can communicate well in English
