About the role

  • You will be responsible for controlling our business cases.
  • You will further develop our existing company-wide controlling.
  • You will be responsible for our liquidity planning.
  • You will develop financing and refinancing strategies.
  • You will act as the central point of contact for financial processes and results.
  • You will serve as an interface to other departments.
  • You will define, optimize and automate our finance processes.
  • You will lead our Finance team.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling.
  • You have several years of experience in controlling.
  • You have experience in the finance function of a company with physical products.
  • You are an Excel power user and know how to visualize data appropriately for different audiences.
  • You have a solid understanding of accounting and ideally experience working with DATEV.
  • Excellent team and communication skills.
  • You work with commitment and reliability and strike the right balance between attention to detail and the big picture.
  • Initial leadership experience is a plus.
