About the role

  • Develop and take responsibility for the sales strategy
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team
  • Maintain existing listings and drive sustainable expansion of distribution
  • Identify, win and manage strategic key accounts in drugstore and grocery retail
  • Build long-term partnerships and understand customers' motivations
  • Detect trends early and derive promising growth strategies
  • Ensure collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations from product concept to shelf

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales — ideally in FMCG or food
  • Experience leading and developing teams and working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to inspire others and remain composed in challenging negotiation situations
  • Data-driven decision-making and confident analysis of KPIs to derive clear actions for sustainable growth
  • Enjoyment of change, improving processes and actively shaping the environment
  • Regular presence in the Frankfurt office to collaborate with the team
  • Fluent German and good English skills
