Vice President

• Develop and manage enterprise-wide liquidity projections
• Optimize the deployment of excess cash
• Maintain sufficient liquidity across the firm’s global operations under normal and stressed market conditions
• Serve as a strategic partner across the Finance Division to develop scalable liquidity management processes
• Support funding decisions and enhance Oaktree's overall liquidity infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Fund Finance, Investment Operations, Capital Solutions, Legal, and Compliance—as well as external banking and market counterparties
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance short-term, medium-term, and long-term liquidity forecasting models across the enterprise
• Prepare recurring liquidity reporting, dashboards, and management presentations for Finance and Global Treasury leadership

Assistant Vice President, Liquidity Management

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Act as a key member of a dedicated middle office team that serves as a hub for private deals and facilitates private deal closing activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure accurate and efficient deal fundings, asset set up, investment monitoring and reporting accuracy
• Review private deal pipeline on a regular basis to ensure that all deals are tracked in a timely manner
• Analyze legal documents, such as credit agreements and fee letters, to identify critical terms for each private deal
• Assist in managing all banking, custodian and facility relationships across the credit platform
• Oversee outside stakeholder reporting and communication with banks, rating agencies, co-investors, auditors, or other parties
• Develop a complete understanding of the roles and responsibilities, systems and processes across each internal functional group, and serve as a central point of contact between the Investment Team and the back office.
• Partner with investment professionals, outside and internal counsel, tax, accounting and compliance professionals to ensure good cross-functional communication and coordination throughout the investment process.
• Participate in developing and documenting operational policies, procedures and controls
• Ensure proper operational procedures and controls are followed and maintained, with appropriate escalation to stakeholders
• Support document management for private credit deals
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
• Assist in process improvements and automation as well as the development of longer-term systemic solutions

• Maintaining the books and records for various private partnerships and accounts
• Reporting to clients and the portfolio group
• Preparing and maintaining the books and records of pooled private investment funds organized as limited partnerships and/or separate accounts
• Accounting for and reconciliation of cash, investments and real property
• Recording and reconciling of purchase and sale transactions
• Accounting for complex corporate actions
• Estimating and posting of monthly closing accruals
• Calculating of income and expense allocations to each partner
• Determining and preparing distributions and draw-downs
• Preparing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to clients
• Analyzing and calculating of performance metrics for partnerships/accounts
