Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
- One (1) years experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- All candidates will need to have a California LVN or RN License in good standing
- Must be willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
- Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests
