Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Minimum of six months in current position for candidates from Oakmont
Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
One (1) year experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
California LVN or RN License in good standing
Willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
Open to relocation for a permanent position
Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
Prior experience coaching or mentoring peers preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for serving older adults
Able to work with seniors and interact with cognitively impaired individuals
Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records
Adaptable, able to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Coachable and highly motivated
