About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of managing a team as a Health Services Director
  • Work under a current Health Services Director to gain practical experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Minimum of six months in current position for Oakmont team members
  • Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
  • One (1) year experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
  • California LVN or RN License in good standing
  • Willingness to travel and open to relocation
  • Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
  • Prior experience coaching or mentoring peers preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work with seniors and interact with cognitively impaired individuals
  • Proficient in basic computer systems
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be coachable, highly motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to obtain and maintain valid First Aid and CPR
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests
