About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Complete the program without additional responsibilities by hiring a replacement for your current role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Minimum of six months in current position with Oakmont
  • Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse; one (1) years experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
  • California LVN or RN License in good standing
  • Willing to travel throughout the state
  • Open to relocation for a permanent position
  • Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
  • Prior experience coaching or mentoring peers preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Passion for serving older adults
  • Able to work with seniors and interact with cognitively impaired individuals
  • Proficient in basic computer systems
  • Ability to learn electronic health records and other Company tools
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Able to adapt and respond to change, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Must be coachable, highly motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to obtain and maintain valid First Aid and CPR
