About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities
- Ensure residents healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity
- Ensure quality care as residents healthcare needs change
- Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care team members
- Strengthen clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified
- Support newly assigned Health Services Director
- Travel within the organization to manage vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
- Prefer Four (4) years experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
- Prefer Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Able to effectively teach/train staff
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
