About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assume the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the Community, its residents, its employees, and financial assets
- Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies
- Participate in property surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies including developing and executing plans of correction when required
- Promote the property in a positive manner and effectively communicate the organizations values to residents, visitors, team members and the greater community at large
- Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations and requirements of the Company including financial management, excellent service, and team member relations
- Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with Company expectations, procedures, and regulatory requirements including the appropriate level of care
Requirements
What you’ll need- RCFE Administrator Certificate
- Two years of college required
- Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
- Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents, Youve Got Leads (YGL), and ADP or other HRIS is preferred
