Work closely with the SRE Team to enhance the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure.
Collaborate with software engineering, data operations, and devops teams to implement and maintain best practices in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident response.
Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure and deployment processes.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
Automate manual tasks and develop scripts/tools for deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments.
Participate in an on-call rotation with the team every 5th week.
Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SRE and DevOps.
