About the role

  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns and inquiries
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and management
  • Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints and provide feedback and recommendations for resolutions
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Support training sessions related to employee relations topics for staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions and resolutions
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and events
  • Contribute to the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in employee relations or HR support role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee rights
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
