About the role
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns and inquiries
- Facilitate open communication between employees and management
- Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints and provide feedback and recommendations for resolutions
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Support training sessions related to employee relations topics for staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions and resolutions
- Promote a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and events
- Contribute to the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in employee relations or HR support role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee rights
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
