About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing deliveries that provide the greatest value to users and impact to the business.
- Ensure the product evolves iteratively and incrementally, validating hypotheses and learning from feedback.
- Create, prioritize and refine the product roadmap, always balancing value, effort and risk.
- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in refinement and planning sessions with the technical team.
- Ensure the backlog is always up to date, prioritized and visible to the team and stakeholders.
- Serve as the link between the team and business areas, translating needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from users, customers, sales, support and leadership.
- Negotiate priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct product demonstrations (Reviews), showcasing delivered value and next steps.
- Monitor product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, NPS, churn, retention, conversion, etc.).
- Analyze usage data and feedback to support prioritization decisions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, risks and product bottlenecks.
- Define hypotheses, run tests and validate (e.g., via A/B testing, user interviews).
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with backlog management, prioritization and agile ceremonies
- Consistent experience writing user stories
- Ability to translate business requirements for the technical team
- Clear communication with direct stakeholders
- Familiarity with basic product metrics
- Preferred:
- Experience with SaaS
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma
- Knowledge of product metrics (North Star Metric, churn, NPS, conversion, engagement)
