About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the finance teams in budgeting, closing, and forecasting
- Handle confidential financial data, ensuring its accuracy
- Month-end closing processes and accurate US GAAP financial reporting
- Prepare reports for insightful financial analysis
- Support audits and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Participate in FP&A projects and share knowledge with peers
- Monitor business performance against budget and forecast
- Ensure timely, accurate, relevant, and reliable information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance &/or Accounting
- Proficient in English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Tagetik knowledge as a plus
- SAP knowledge as a plus
- General Accounting Knowledge
- Cost Management/budgeting/controlling skills
- Highly developed communication skills and basics of public speaking
