Key responsibilities & impact

Define, plan, manage, and safely execute major capital projects
Lead and manage projects following global project management fundamentals
Serve as a strategic partner, aligning project execution with business objectives
Drive a construction safety culture on site during project execution
Allocate and manage internal and external resources to execute projects
Report project status and costs to senior leadership
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, project management, or engineering management preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing industries process / engineering / project management
Working knowledge of glass plant process
Experience on managing CAPEX projects required
PMP certification by PMI desired
SAP knowledge desired
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Construction Cloud
