About the role

  • - O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or general liability litigation to join its Wilmington, DE office.

Requirements

  • - This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediation, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance.
  • - Experience with both state and federal courts preferred, as well as state and federal administrative agencies.
  • - This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effective manner.
  • - This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.
  • - A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • - Admission to the state bar of Delaware is required. __*Admission to Ohio plus.*__
