About the role
- Assist its civil litigation team with duties focused on negotiating settlements.
- Work on credit repair and collections in relation to group health claims.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Completed Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law to one or multiple state bar(s) in the United States
- Previous experience with collections work, a plus
- Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
- Ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner.
