About the role

  • Provide leadership and oversight across key programme scheduling and risk workstreams.
  • Support Transport Services projects and provide programme-level strategies, planning, scheduling and reporting.
  • Ensure delivery is aligned with the organisation’s strategies and processes.
  • Establish risk and scheduling tools for NZTA RoNS and RoRS projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated practical knowledge of effective risk and scheduling strategies for large scale projects.
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure (transport preferred).
  • Experience using risk and scheduling tools e.g. ARM, P6/MS Project, Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge in risk adjusted scheduling.
  • Experience working with Cost Estimators and Designers through design development phases.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing skills in managing external consultants.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly effective planning and organisational skills.
