About the role
- Create high-quality design work across multiple channels, including web, graphic, social media, and email.
- Develop and maintain cohesive branding and visual systems across all touchpoints.
- Leverage modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to execute and deliver design solutions efficiently.
- Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into the design process to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts clearly, articulating rationale and decision-making to stakeholders.
- Contribute to and evolve creative direction while ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.
- Balance innovation with consistency by pushing creative boundaries within brand systems.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, trends, and methodologies, especially in AI-driven design.
Requirements
- Mid-Senior level experience in design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working across multiple design disciplines (web, graphic, social, email).
- Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI tools as part of the design workflow.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in tech, banking, fintech, or similarly complex industries (preferred).
- Experience with motion design or video production (preferred).
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and pride in craft.
