Own technical design for complex features and services, contributing to architectural patterns and long-term platform direction
Translate business requirements and UX designs into well-structured technical solutions with accurate effort estimates
Leverage AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of your engineering workflow to improve velocity, quality, and automation
Identify technical risks early and drive pragmatic mitigation strategies
Lead root cause analysis of production incidents and implement durable, systemic fixes
Collaborate cross-functionally to align architecture, integrations, and delivery timelines
Promote reusable components, shared libraries, and engineering best practices
Provide thoughtful code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team performance
Continuously improve system design, automation, and developer experience

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience building full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, and React
Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and Git-based workflows
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
