About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute effective campaigns to achieve divisional and corporate goals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to plan, implement, and monitor advertising initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide cross-functional promotional support and leverage data insights to increase campaign effectiveness
- Manage & facilitate the execution of brand campaigns
- Execute campaign initiatives aligned with brand objectives and leadership feedback by managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve risks, delays, or obstacles that may impact campaign success
- Maintain campaign documentation and project management tools to provide visibility into campaign status and progress
- Partner with the Brand Analyst and advertising agency to review campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report outcomes and insights to leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to support promotional initiatives and communication needs
- Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school Diploma or GED
- 4 years in marketing, customer experience or project management
- New York State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Advanced computer proficiency, technical aptitude, and multimedia skills.
- Intermediate knowledge in Google Analytics.
- Proficient understanding of search engine optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word.
- Advanced knowledge in project management software such as Asana.
- Awareness of current consumer behavior and required digital marketing techniques.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
