About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in compiling and preparing reports, graphs and charts that measure and illustrate workflow trends and key performance indicators
Retrieve data from various internal and external sources and verify accuracy in preparation for analysis
Run daily workflow counts
Monthly rules audit of all automatic transactions
Monitor queues for error and functionality
Run reports for underwriting including loss reports, coupler, and quality assurance
Assist in workflow program audits
DMV reporting and monitoring
Assist in the analysis of identifying best practices creating efficiency opportunities
Run reports of other divisions requesting underwriting data
Write workflow program request
Create and perform presentations to underwriting on workflow results
Assist with divisional priorities
Assist in the maintenance of underwriting vendor database to add or update changes to vendor costs, contracts, and correspondence
Answer questions on workflow processes within Underwriting and other departments
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
2 years of business experience
Thorough working knowledge of rating, workflow processes, and PACE
Basic knowledge of all transactions for all personal lines of business
Organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
Good written, oral, and listening communication skills
Good presentation skills
Professional approach to working independently or within a team
