About the role
- Developing AI software using Python that will be used by both internal teams and clients.
- Integrating with industry-adopted frameworks such as MCP, OpenAI SDK, etc.
- Leveraging Azure Cloud functionality, such as Web App Services & Storage Accounts.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Continuously researching and staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Contributing to the improvement of development processes and practices within the team.
Requirements
- You are eligible for a NATO clearance.
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of a software engineer.
- A Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High proficiency in developing Python applications.
- Experience with building applications on top of Large Language Models.
- Passionate about best practices regarding reusability, maintainability, security, and testing.
- Thorough understanding of computer systems that goes beyond application development (including operating systems, networking, infrastructure, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and deployment strategies.
