💰 €90,000 - €130,000 per year

About the role

  • Execute customer success strategy for the BeNeLux market
  • Maximize adoption and outcomes for portfolio of customers
  • Achieve high retention and grow accounts via structured expansion plans
  • Act as the primary advocate for client needs
  • Own portfolio KPIs: GRR/NRR, expansion revenue, and renewal rates
  • Maintain accurate customer data, health status, and forecasts in CRM
  • Monitor regional customer trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory factors

Requirements

  • Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE
  • Experience: 3-4 + years in Customer Success, Account Management, or postsales roles
  • BeNeLux market experience strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM/CS platforms
  • Communication: Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
