About the role
- Execute customer success strategy for the BeNeLux market
- Maximize adoption and outcomes for portfolio of customers
- Achieve high retention and grow accounts via structured expansion plans
- Act as the primary advocate for client needs
- Own portfolio KPIs: GRR/NRR, expansion revenue, and renewal rates
- Maintain accurate customer data, health status, and forecasts in CRM
- Monitor regional customer trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory factors
Requirements
- Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE
- Experience: 3-4 + years in Customer Success, Account Management, or postsales roles
- BeNeLux market experience strongly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM/CS platforms
- Communication: Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
