About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Respond to RFPs, develop and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Design and recommend cloud security architectures and strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Maintain active communication with clients after proposal submission to address their questions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute projects aligned with technical and business objectives.
  • Act as the functional manager, providing guidance and managing goals & objectives as well as annual performance reviews for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience managing teams in information technology with a specific focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview.
  • Holds a current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA SecurityX.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept to completion, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
