Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Respond to RFPs, develop and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs.
Design and recommend cloud security architectures and strategies tailored to business needs.
Maintain active communication with clients after proposal submission to address their questions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute projects aligned with technical and business objectives.
Act as the functional manager, providing guidance and managing goals & objectives as well as annual performance reviews for direct reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience managing teams in information technology with a specific focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview.
Holds a current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA SecurityX.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept to completion, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed strategic decisions.
Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
