About the role
- Lead key execution initiatives to introduce next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers
- Full program ownership including comprehensive cross-functional schedules and execution strategy
- Continuously assess program risks and mitigation plans
- Review upstream POR (plan of record) changes and drive program strategy
- Own program POR and document strategy changes and rationale for decisions
- Drive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/milestone criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies
- Ensure cohesive collaboration between cross-functional teams and leads: architects, engineers, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
- Lead project staff meetings to prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focus
- Summarize concerns, blockades, and plans to resolve and report program status to team members at all levels
- Implement AARs (after action review) from previous generation into current program
- Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree
- Strong experience in Product Development
- 5+ year Technical Program Management Experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
- Identify and balance between decision makers and influencers
- Understand that strategy is defining the end and mapping a plan backwards step-by-step
- Owns the results and understands how their program performed last and current generation
- Always define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable
- Establish trust and credibility with internal team members
- Gather the right team members and clearly understand each person’s role in meetings to drive a successful outcome
- Must link strategy to impact and project outcomes and demonstrate a logical approach to assess risk in schedule, resources, and performance

- Experience in both internal cross-org decision making and external customer interaction (ways to stand out)
