About the role
- Own the vision and execution for large-scale development projects, from site selection and due diligence through design, entitlement, and construction.
- Direct the full development process from site and land activities through entitlements, approvals, and preparation for delivery, converting NVIDIA goals into a well-defined action plan.
- Serve as primary contact working with government bodies, municipalities, agencies, and utilities, crafting submissions, negotiations, and approval strategies.
- Drive regulatory and entitlement pathways, ensuring realistic schedules, risk mitigation, and defensible documentation.
- Balance Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements, NVIDIA business priorities, and project constraints to resolve conflicts and guide decision-making.
- Provide clear tradeoff recommendations and decision materials for executive leadership.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and external PM/CM partners to maintain alignment with development intent.
- Establish and lead program governance, including status tracking, risk management, and collaborator coordination.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
- Maintain disciplined documentation across approvals, collaborator commitments, and key decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ overall years of experience in real estate development and capital projects delivery with direct responsibility for approvals/entitlements and coordination among multiple parties and 5+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex developments in Israel (or deeply comparable regulatory environment), including AHJ interface and negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage consultants and cross-functional collaborators, getting results through influence and structured governance.
- Strong written and verbal communication with executives; capable of producing concise decision-quality materials.
- Experience with enterprise/tech/critical workplace or campus developments.
- Track record delivering complex programs across multiple authorities and jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with procurement/vendor management, contracting, and scope definition for specialist services.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where processes are not yet established.
