  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of engineers passionate about hardware platform enablement
  • Partner with internal teams to complete bring-up and readiness for next-generation platforms
  • Coordinate requirements and schedules with external partners

  • Improve automation and operational tooling to streamline onboarding and reduce time-to-production

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or Information Science
  • 15+ overall years experience as a software engineering or information technology leader
  • 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience growing and expanding engineering organizations that cover both hardware and software
  • Proven ability to lead cross-company partnerships
  • Hands-on background in hardware bring-up, platform validation, automation, or large-scale systems operations
  • Strong program execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
