About the role

  • Collaborate with the team and peers across the company to build, represent and carry out detailed plans representing the team's work.
  • Align NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities
  • Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps
  • Empower to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups
  • Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency

Requirements

  • 15+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.
  • Past experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge of SOC, GPU or CPU project management
  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing
  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation
