About the role
- Develop and lead the sales strategy for hyperscaler and cloud partners to support adoption of NVIDIA platforms across enterprise and AI workloads.
- Mentor, empower, and grow a high-performing team passionate about long-term customer success and balanced growth.
- Build and deepen relationships with executives, customers, and partners to identify new opportunities and develop shared value.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and emerging industry trends.
- Provide thoughtful, reliable forecasts; identify market opportunities; and share insights that advise strategic direction.
- Represent NVIDIA at industry events and executive discussions, highlighting our leadership in accelerated computing and AI.
- Cultivate an inclusive culture dedicated to growth that encourages innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 15+ overall years validated experience in technology or cloud sales, with at least 5 years leading teams and running strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success growing business with major cloud or hyperscale partners such as AWS, Microsoft, or Google.
- Ability to translate sophisticated technology into clear, compelling value for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging engineers, partners, and senior leaders.
- Collaborative leadership style that motivates teams, develops talent, and supports results in fast‑evolving markets.
- Experience leading in matrixed environments and driving aligned go‑to‑market initiatives.
