About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing-related projects such as dual sourcing initiatives, supplier ramp-up and readiness plans
- Build and maintain detailed project plans that clearly define timelines, milestones, and deliverables—both internally and with external suppliers
- Serve as the central point of coordination across suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and forward progress
- Track and handle key supplier actions, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule
- Partner closely with sourcing to prioritize work, lead multiple initiatives, and drive execution
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, prioritization, and overall productivity across a high volume of concurrent projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ideally 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing
- Skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel up to 10%
