About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Project Manager plays a key role in driving the successful deployment of strategic contractor initiatives and mega project activities across EMEA
Support sales development throughout both the pre‑sales and execution phases of selected projects
Lead detailed project planning, coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Oversee on‑site installation activities, conduct site surveys and training sessions, proactively resolve issues
Acting as the central liaison between customers, internal teams, and third‑party contractors to ensure seamless implementation of nVent solutions
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to support solution design
Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and ownership following contract signature
Define project scope and objectives, and lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and external contractors
Ensure all required permits, site access, and compliance requirements are secured in advance
Coordinate manufacturing and delivery schedules with the supply chain team to align installation timelines
Verify that installation activities comply with approved design documents and technical specifications
Document project closure, capture lessons learned and archive all project materials for future reference.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management
Ideally 5+ years of experience managing technical or industrial projects
Previous experience with electrical installation projects is a strong advantage
Excellent project management capabilities, with strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Flexibility to travel across Europe as required for project execution
Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage for local site coordination.
