About the role

  • Own and implement end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, including product line strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and technology plans for engineered, hardware‑based product portfolios with global market responsibility
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives by developing strong, data‑backed product recommendations
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and timely delivery performance
  • Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC), market, and competitive research efforts to inform product planning, portfolio optimization, and identification of new product and service opportunities
  • Develop and communicate compelling, quantified value propositions and pricing rationale that clearly differentiate products for customers, channel partners, and sales teams
  • Partner with regional and global marketing teams to support go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and creation of sales enablement and marketing collateral
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product lines, supporting internal teams, customers, and channel partners while driving continuous improvement within the product management function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in technical or hardware product management, product innovation, or new product development within engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial technology environments
  • Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical systems knowledge gained through hands‑on experience, manufacturing exposure, or close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Consistent track record leading complex, cross‑functional, matrixed teams and owning initiatives from concept through commercialization
  • Strong business and project leadership skills
  • Experience collaborating with commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, distributors, contractors, and/or manufacturer’s representatives; data center, power, cooling, or infrastructure experience is helpful
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually, including domestic overnight travel and occasional international travel.
