About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
- Lead product training programs for contractors and engineers
- Manage quotes, pricing, and critical metrics for profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations
- Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities
- Use CRM to manage opportunity pipelines
Requirements
- Ideally, 5+ years of technical product sales experience in electrical or industrial markets
- Electrical grounding and bonding knowledge
- Experience working closely with product development and product management
- Ability to work remotely from a home office and travel 60% of the time
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical sales
