About the role
- Lead Wire Termination & Connectivity portfolio with focus on connectors, terminals, lugs, and switches
- Develop and execute a market-driven product strategy and 3-year roadmap aligned to growth in electrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, emerging technologies, and high-value opportunities
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization ensuring profitability, market relevance, and competitive advantage
- Partner with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to drive category penetration and revenue growth in target channels
- Lead pricing strategy development to maximize competitiveness and profitability and build channel-specific programs to accelerate adoption
- Manage a robust NPI pipeline, translate customer and market insights into differentiated product value propositions
- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and supply chain to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals
- Monitor competitor strategies, product innovations, and pricing trends and use data and market insights to adjust portfolio strategy proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
- 5+ years of product management or commercial marketing experience preferably in the electrical industry or related technical markets
- Demonstrated success driving product growth in electrical distribution, Retail, and OEM channels preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
