About the role
- Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations including DFARs and FA.
- Perform market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency.
- Administer chargeback arrangements across Work Orders, based on designated funding strategy and contract alignment.
- Document all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger to support program-wide visibility and audit readiness.
- Coordinate across all active Work Orders to track, validate, and consolidate software and service license agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or four (4) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in DFARs and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Demonstrated experience with cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or DoD Financial Management Certification preferred.
- Portuguese or Spanish language skills preferred.
- Experience with government IT programs and environments preferred.
