Clinical Operations

• Check patients in for their scheduled virtual appointments and verify required information.
• Provide frequent, hands-on tech troubleshooting to help patients connect to their virtual visits (audio, video, device setup, platform access).
• Collect and document patient copays or outstanding balances.
• Enter clinical and administrative information into patient charts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Recognize when a patient’s needs fall outside your scope and promptly direct them to the appropriate clinical team member.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support smooth virtual clinic operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times.

Clinical Operations Intern

• Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll drive sales strategy as we develop prospects and close new and expand business with risk-bearing partners, such as accountable care organizations (ACOs) and insurance plans. As one of our key lines of business for driving revenue, you will be a critical team member to our current and future success.
• Build and cultivate partnerships with risk bearing insurance companies and providers, managing a complex sales process with a focus on senior care
• Excel at lead generation, scoring, and moving into the deal pipeline
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers and other prospect stakeholders
• Qualify deals, prepare client presentations, map prospects and stakeholders; organize all sales and lead gen activity in HubSpot
• Become a SME for the healthcare landscape, in particular as it relates to the value based care trends, targets and contracting
