About the role

  • Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and documentation across business and technical teams
  • Conduct Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added steps
  • Translate business processes into technical workflow models (BPMN 2.0+)
  • Define future-state optimized workflows to reduce cycle time and improve decision-making
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate workflows into system design and automation requirements
  • Support implementation of workflows in orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda or similar)
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate duplicate data entry and streamline data flow across systems
  • Develop process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to validate requirements and workflows
  • Support continuous process improvement post-deployment through metrics and feedback loops

Requirements

  • What you will bring:
  • - 5+ years of experience as an a Business Process Analyst
  • - Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
  • - Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and workflow design tools
  • - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system workflows
  • - Experience working with cross-functional technical teams such as engineers, designers, and data analysts.
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
  • It would be great if you also had:
  • - Experience in federal contracting environments
