About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the global adoption of SF₆-free switchgear solutions by creating technically precise and commercially competitive offers.
Review and analyze customer specifications and technical requirements.
Create technical offers based on customer inputs and single-line diagrams.
Develop commercial proposals using internal pricing tools and price sheets.
Coordinate with Area Managers (DACH) to clarify customer questions and optimize offers.
Actively participate in public tenders, submitting all required documents and datasheets.
Represent Nuventura at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
Fluent in German and English (business proficiency).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Gstar, and ERP systems such as SAP or Salesforce (advantageous).
Experience in technical offers, tenders, or sales within the energy technology sector is a plus.
Fast learner with strong logical decision-making under pressure and a strong sense of ownership.
