About the role

  • Work closely with the Sr Dir of FP&A to: Manage the planning, forecasting, and financial modeling process.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the board to guide business growth and decision-making.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Growth company DNA as described above.
  • Experience as a planning system power user - e.g. in Planful or Adaptive.
  • You will have built/owned structure, reporting, and actuals tie-outs.
  • FP&A cadence and GL fluency: forecast ownership, variance analysis down to drivers
  • Strong modeling skills (driver-based models, ROI/unit economics) and can synthesize for executives and the board.
  • Prior experience as a financial business partner for a high growth company within saas/health-tech/or management consulting services environments.
  • A track record of consistently delivering results against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience.
  • The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team.
  • Additional Requirements / Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working for a PE-based company, a plus.
  • 340B/specialty pharmacy experience, a plus.
  • Investment banking experience.
