About the role
- Connect current TPA data platform to new analytics platform for better insights.
- Define ways to measure and track success of team’s work.
- Develop and refine prioritized solutions and features based on user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize problems and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as Product Owner on an agile scrum team to deliver against roadmap.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Build relationships with engineering, QA, AM, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate product vision and goals to cross-functional team.
- Create communications and strategic justification material for the product.
Requirements
- Several years of product management experience with 340B and TPA products in particular.
- Deep understanding of agile SaaS methodologies and a track record of iterative results.
- Experience as the Product Owner on Scrum teams.
- Experience with real-time inventory management.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort and success using data to drive decisions.
- Advanced analytical skills using various tools and frameworks.
- Experience with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- 15% travel for team meetings, planning, and customer visits.
- Experience working remote roles is a nice-to-have.
