About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in monthly closing procedures, including quarterly consolidation reporting
  • Prepare consolidation and financial statements
  • Prepare monthly financial analyses
  • Work with external auditors during the annual audit
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS statutory guidelines and internal financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to assist with organizational financial accounting needs
  • Analyze budget-versus-actual variances and FP&A planning, and assist with other monthly financial reports
  • Report to the Financial Reporting Senior Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, preferably at one of the BIG4 or as an in-house Assistant Financial Controller
  • Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers
  • Good understanding of accounting software
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly in Excel
