About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flow
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and automation logic
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, Power Platform, etc.)
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Support, etc.)
Optimize system performance, handle technical debt, and improve existing automations
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, and security model
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
