About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports
Partner with business stakeholders, senior management, and C-level executives to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
Report insights, trends, and solution recommendations directly to C-level and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
Translate complex business needs into scalable data models, advanced DAX calculations, and user-friendly visualizations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and ongoing data hygiene across all reporting and analytical assets
Drive data hygiene initiatives, including identifying data quality gaps, standardizing definitions, and improving source system reliability
Optimize performance of datasets, reports, and data refresh processes in alignment with best practices
Establish and enforce Power BI standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with significant hands-on experience in Power BI
Advanced proficiency in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query
Strong experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver business-focused analytical solutions
Deep understanding of business
Strong communication skills in English (reading and speaking required)
