About the role

  • - Own the full APM delivery lifecycle, from early discovery with local and global partners through launch, optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • - This includes market analysis, end‑to‑end thinking across the product, and a strong understanding of operational flows, ensuring upstream and downstream dependencies are identified and managed to drive holistic outcomes —not just feature delivery.
  • - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product artifacts (epics, features, user stories) that guide engineering teams toward successful delivery.
  • - Manage and continuously prioritize the product backlog in alignment with Nuvei’s roadmap, business objectives, and merchant needs.
  • - Act as the voice of the merchant and work closely with R&D, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Reconciliation, Support, and Integration teams across regions and time zones.
  • - Take a holistic view of the payer journey, identify friction points across the checkout and payment lifecycle, and champion UX improvements that drive conversion and payment success.

Requirements

  • - 2 years of experience preferred in fintech or payments. Otherwise Tech/saas environment
  • - Proven experience operating within large, global organizations and navigating cross‑functional delivery.
  • - A product‑as‑a‑service mindset, focused on building scalable, reusable solutions with long‑term impact.
  • - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements into clear business value.
  • - Proficiency in English – written and spoken.
