About the role
- Own nuuds.com growth by scaling qualified traffic and increasing conversion through full-funnel marketing.
- Work closely with internal marketing and operational partners—and manage external agencies.
- Ensure creation of converting content and generating profitable revenue based on strong unit economics.
- Partner with customer experience, marketing, planning, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Get nuuds into every woman’s hands in the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of e-commerce leadership experience (fashion or retail preferred).
- Collaborative leader with a strong desire to win.
- Demonstrable success scaling e-commerce revenue profitably and leading teams, agencies, or channel owners.
- Deep knowledge of Shopify and performance marketing, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in customer acquisition and retention strategies across the full funnel.
