About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and nurture relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, helping them understand and champion Nutrium Care to their clients;
- Support outreach, follow-ups, and consistent, helpful communication that positions Nutrium Care as a trusted name in wellbeing solutions;
- Partner with our sales and channel teams to align efforts, share intel, and support shared goals;
- Represent Nutrium at industry conferences and networking events to increase visibility and expand our presence;
- Support pipeline growth by identifying new consultant relationships and helping get more value from existing ones;
- Gather feedback on market trends and consultant needs, and share it internally to refine Nutrium's U.S. strategy;
- Keep our consultant database and outreach tracking organized, so we always know where each relationship stands.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in employee benefits, corporate wellness, sales, or partnerships (experience with benefits consultants is a plus!)
- Are a natural communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys turning first conversations into lasting partnerships
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you'll learn by doing
- Are curious about the U.S. benefits consultant landscape and motivated to build connections from the ground up
- Stay organized when juggling many relationships, follow-ups, and events at once
- Are eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow with a company scaling fast in the U.S.
- Have an "AI-native" mindset and are excited to bring intelligent tools into your everyday work.
